  • If you represent a business that makes recurring deliveries, please click the ‘Get Quotation’ button at the top of this page to fill out the request form. Our team will reach out to you within 3 business days.

  • Teleport picks up orders the next working day after order creation. We pick up between 9.30am and 6.30pm, depending on the routes of our drivers.

  • We accept shipments of up to 30 kg within these dimension limits: length, width and height under 150cm, longest side under 100cm.

  • Perishable items can be classified into fresh (dry) or frozen (wet) goods. Shipment of frozen (wet) items require special handling by the airline, hence prior approval is required.

    Fresh (dry) items, on the other hand, are considered general cargo and may be shipped without prior approval. However, ensure that they are properly packed to retain freshness throughout the transit.

  • Items shipped must comply with both local customs regulations and airline rules. Here's a list of prohibited items.

    Shipping of dangerous goods and/or any items requiring special handling is subject to prior approval from the airline team. If you are unsure, please drop us an email at help@teleport.asia for clarification.

  • All parcels must have their printed Consignment Note clearly and securely placed on the package. If shipping internationally or to Sabah and Sarawak (from West Malaysia), please enclose a copy of invoice for customs clearance purposes.

    When shipping Dangerous Goods (DG), please submit a copy of the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to the shipment and also attach a copy to the parcel.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide COD services at the moment.

  • Teleport's liability to the client is strictly limited to direct losses; all other types of losses or damages are excluded. Teleport's liability over delivery goods is limited to its actual cash value (not exceeding RM 300).

    Therefore, each shipment that goes through Teleport must have its content value declared before it can be accepted with a Consignment Note. Any undeclared shipment will default to a maximum value of RM 200.
